Today was a good day! I was off work today in order to tackle a few doctors appointments, but I got a great OrangeTheory workout in, tracked all of my meals, and got a salad in for lunch!
Workout – 60 minute OrangeTheory workout (I took it easier today)
Breakfast – Turkey sausage links and 2 egg muffins
Lunch – Spinach, roasted turkey breast, cherry tomatoes, and spicy peanut dressing
Dinner – 2 mini tortillas, ground turkey with black beans, sour cream, and lettuce
