Wowzers! Today was a long day! The day started off at 3:15AM in Boston with us leaving our hotel at 3:45AM for the airport. We landed in DC around 7:45AM and I was at my desk before 8:30AM. Being at work all day meant eating out, but I tried to make wise decisions until I got home. It feels good being back home and boy did I love seeing my kids and husband tonight. All in all, the past 3 days were successful and I’m really proud of the decisions I made. After 2 days off from working out, I’m excited to head to OrangeTheory first thing tomorrow morning.
Breakfast – Starbucks egg bites and a venti blonde with half and half (I drank half)
Lunch – 6 inch roasted chicken breast topped with all the veggies (no cheese) and a light drizzle of the Subway vinaigrette
Snack 1 – Buffalo chicken lunch meat and a cheese stick
Snack 2 – Perfect Bar and a Wonder Water
Dinner – Naked burger topped with tomato, ketchup, and mustard with a side of baked fries
