Today was my first day of the 2019 OrangeTheory Transformation Challenge! I officially closed the kitchen at 7:30PM and am really proud of my first day!
Workout – 60 minute OrangeTheory Power workout
Post Workout – 3 shots espresso and 1 Premiere Protein caramel shake
Breakfast – 1 turkey sausage and bacon egg muffin, cottage cheese, zucchini, and coffee (Vital Proteins collagen, half and half, and MCT oil)
Lunch – Roasted turkey breast, grapes, banana, and brazil nuts
Tea – Venti unsweetened peach citrus white tea
Dinner – 2 tortillas, ground beef with smashed kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream
