Today was the most beautiful
spring winter day! We hit the upper 60’s here in DC and it was such a treat! I was able to go for a walk over my lunch break and got home early enough to enjoy the sunset. It was a beautiful day!
Today was also a really good day diet and exercise wise. I really found my groove this past week and I’m really proud of how I’ve done so far this challenge. Our first weigh-in at OrangeTheory happens at the halfway point in the challenge, week 4, the weekend of February 16. I’m really excited to see how much I’ve lost so far! I’ve feeling lighter, which is great, and my clothes are definitely feeling looser. Win, win!
Breakfast – 2 eggs, slice of homemade turkey meatloaf, and avocado
Lunch – Brown rice, veggies, and chicken burger (no pictured – unsweetened peach tea from Starbucks during a post lunch walk)
Snack – Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almond butter (SO GOOD)
Workout – 45 minute HITT Peloton Workout after work
Dinner – Leftover turkey meatloaf and roasted carrots and green beans
