Today was a great Sunday! I will say, I was REALLY hungry after 2 tough workouts over the weekend. I am finding that eating on days I workout are much harder to manage, so I want to work on eating the right things post workout and fueling my body for the day. The highlight of the day was going for a walk with my family before dinner. The weather was warmer and it was the perfect glimpse of spring!
Workout – 60 minute OrangeTheory workout
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs and a slice of leftover meatloaf
Lunch – Leftover turkey meatballs, red sauce with veggies, and brown rice pasta
Snack – Greek yogurt, blueberries, and almond butter
Dinner – Costco street tacos on a bed of lettuce instead of tortillas
