Ehh! Today was a rough day. I woke up early to go to OrangeTheory, which was a great start to the day, but I just felt blah during the workout. I struggled on the treadmill (knee was bothering me) and just didn’t get a great workout in.
Once home, I showered, made breakfast, and packed my lunch and snacks for the day (win!). The work day, however, didn’t go as planned. I ended up eating a sandwich at a work event and two cookies. I 100% gave into my stress, and the free food, and ate. The day didn’t end much better. I didn’t eat dinner and instead ate Ben and Jerry’s frozen yogurt…
Well, I own it. Stress took over today and I’m not proud of it. In hindsight, I should have worked out or talked to a friend instead of eating. Live and learn!
Workout – 60 minute OrangeTheory
Breakfast – Veggie patty, 2 eggs, and avocado
Lunch – 1 sandwich and 2 cookies (not pictured)
Dinner – 1/2 container of Ben and Jerry’s frozen yogurt.
