After a week of eating out, I was determined to get back on track today! I had two really awesome workouts today, starting the day at OrangeTheory and ending the day on my Peloton bike. I did stop by Starbucks after running errands and ordered a tall iced skinny caramel macchiato. It was really delicious and a nice little treat. It was a good day and I was proud of how I ate.

Breakfast – Veggie patty, cottage cheese, avocado, scrambled eggs
Lunch – Brown rice, veggies, and chicken sausage
Dinner – Quinoa, cottage cheese, and sautéed onion, bell peppers, and shaved steak
