In a small microwave safe bowl mix together the following ingredients.
-1/2 cup almond flour
-2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
-1/2 tsp baking powder
After mixing together, microwave the mixture for 90 seconds. The bread will rise, so don’t let that worry you! Next, take the bowl out of the microwave and remove the bread from the bowl. Slice the bread in half and toast it on a non-stick pan for a few minutes each side.
