So I have a funny feeling people are going to wonder what I’m going to do about the 365 Day Fit Challenge. When I started it, we weren’t planning on getting pregnant, so I wasn’t keeping pregnancy in mind. Being active every day during my first trimester has been really difficult, but I’m proud of my push to be active. Some days a walk was all I could muster up, but other days I was ready for more!
Spin has really been my favorite workout and I’ve taken a class every week these past few months. Moving forward, I’m still going to strive to work out or be active every day, but I know that a day may come where I need to slow down or back off a bit. Obviously, being active every day for the next 365 days isn’t going to happen because I’m going to have a baby.
My goal is to stay as active as possible and to be as healthy as I can be for the baby. I am going to start looking at new gyms, which I hope will be a great motivator as I move into the second trimester.
I invite you guys to join me on the 365 Days of Fit journey and to work out every day for a year! Start whenever you’d like and just make it your goal to do some form of physical activity every day for the next 365 days! If you’re on Twitter or Instagram, use #365DayFitChallenge to document your workouts and to get encouragement from the virtual world around you!
