I felt like I had to get creative this week with my workouts, depending on how I was feeling each day. Looking back, I’m proud of how balanced my workouts were. I enjoyed my cardio, while also getting some good weight lifting in. All in all it was a really great week.

Sunday, January 12 (Day 50) – 60 minute spin class
Monday, January 13 (Day 51) – Weightlifting at home (mainly upper body)
Tuesday, January 14 (Day 52) – 30 minutes on the elliptical and 1 round from Beach Babes
Wednesday, January 15 (Day 53) – 30 minutes on spin bike and weightlifting
Thursday, January 16 (Day 54) – 30 minutes on Arc Trainer
Friday, January 17 (Day 55) – Long walk around our neighborhood
Saturday, January 18 (Day 56) – 30 minutes on the elliptical and weightlifting
