Day 10|100 – Countdown to Summer
Where did the weekend go?? Anyone else feel like they need just one more day?
Today started out with a 60 minute spin class at The Pedal Studio, a trip to the grocery store, and tax prep with Neal. Before I knew it, it was 3PM and I still had a gazillions chores to get done. I can’t say I accomplished all that much today, but it was nice enjoying a day at home with Neal and Magnolia.
Today was a weird day eating wise. I didn’t have much of an appetite and didn’t really know what to eat when I was hungry. I ate far less than my goal, but I wasn’t going to force myself to eat just to eat. All in all, today was ok.
Pre-Workout – 1 cup of coffee with cinnamon creamer
Breakfast – 2 slices Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and a banana
Lunch – Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage links, and a baby kale salad
Dinner – Multigrain chips, salsa mixed with low-fat plain yogurt, sugar snap peas, and Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing
Workout – 60 minute spin class
